I usually start my day at work by reading the NY Times headlines, which I receive by email every morning. Actually, I skim the headlines, because hey, I’m at work, and I should actually be doing work and keep up with current events on my own time. Anyway, this morning, I received my daily dose of the NYT, and it arrived with this heading:

Daily Headlines: The Consensus on Iraq: Nobody& #180;s Leaving Right Now

It’s just a little mistake in the code (though I have to say it’s embarrassing how often that happens), no big deal, right? Unless you’re speed-reading, in which case, it looks like this:

Daily Headlines: The Consensus on Iraq: Nobody’s #@$% Leaving Right Now, or in translation, Nobody’s Fucking Leaving Right Now.

Which might be closer to the truth.
